Nyonya Delight

Well like what I said, I love to eat and I'm a dessert lover. I like to eat food that are sweet, salty and also spicy. That's the reason why I love to eat "kuih-muih" especially the nyonya kuih but it is not easy to find one that taste good, not too sweet, soft, smooth and nice. Yesterday my brother brought me to this "Kedai Kuih A'Han" at Seapark to buy some kuih for tea time. I found out that their nyonya kuih are very nice and worth a try. The shop located next to the My Burger Lab shop. Apparently, it is just an ordinary shop and not much furnishing but who really cares right, the most important thing is that their kuih taste good then is good enough already. They sell a variety of kuih such as kuih talam, kuih sago, kuih lapis, kuih jagung, kuih angkoo, kuih sago ubi, kuih bingka ubi, kuih koci, kuih kacang merah, rempah udang, pulut tai tai, fatt koh and etc. All are freshly made. So far, I only tasted a few. I like their kuih sago, kuih talam, kuih sago ubi and kuih angkoo. They also sell a variety of biscuits. Their kuih is slightly more expensive compared to those that we normally eat. If I'm not mistaken their kuih is around RM0.90 to RM1.00 onwards per piece. But I still think it worth a try!!

Unexpected Gains

Yesterday I followed my sister to Paradigm Mall where she went and met her colleague while I went for shopping. As usual, I will visit a few of my frequently visit store like Padini, Brands Outlet, Nichii, Kitschen and Cotton On.

I have been looking for long sleeve denim shirt for quite sometime. But it was very hard for me to find one that suits me. Usually it either to big, too expensive or the design doesn't suits me. And finally I spotted two denim shirt which I like it so much at Brands Outlet. From the photos below, it looks very fitting and the length is just nice. I think the price is quite reasonable as well for this type of shirt which is only RM49.90 each. They are available in size "S" to size "L". I'm not sure whether they have "XL" or not. The one I'm wearing is "S" size. They have a few more other designs but I think these two is the best. However, I didn't buy it on the spot because I was thinking to look around other store first.

Then, I met up with my sister. She wanted to buy contact lens so we went to a few optical shops. 
Both of us wanted to change our spectacle for quite sometime already (I think almost one year) and we planned to buy together. Actually on that day, we don't have the intention to look for spectacle. But coincidentally Focus Point is doing a promotion where you can buy the second one at half the price. The promotion valid while stock last only. So, we take a look and try a few.

Unexpectedly, we bought it. The price of the spectacle is from RM129 onwards per pair. The one that we bought were RM279 per pair. After discount and divided by 2 is only RM209.25 per pair which I consider quite reasonable for a multi-coated glasses with brand. The one we bought were Giordano. There were other brand as well such as Cheetah, Gucci, Ray Ban and etc. Off course the price is much higher. My spectacle is ready for collection within one hour but my sister one need at least one day. So we decided to collect both together the next day.

So, today we went to Paradigm Mall again to collect our spectacles. And you know what?? I went to Brands Outlet again to try the denim shirt. "S" size for the first denim shirt only left one. I try again but a bit loose today. I dunno why I try the second one, it also looks much bigger and loose today. So end up I only bought one which is the first one.
