Cielo Dolci

So, what is gelato?? Gelato is actually the Italian word for ice cream but in English it generally refers to varieties of ice cream made in a traditional Italian style. Cielo Dolci, pronounced as “ceh-lo dol-chee”, means heaven’s dessert, in Italian and it specialize in Italian Frozen Desserts (gelato). It is located at the lower ground floor of Paradigm Mall. Basically, they have 8 to 9 permanent flavours (vanilla beans, salted caramel, coconut, cielo hazelnut, belgian chocolate, cielo pistachio, peanut butter, mango sorbetto, durian) and 2 to 4 seasonal flavours. So far, I have tried quite a number of flavours and I will strongly recommend you to try their hazelnut flavour, durian flavour, macadamia flavour and butterscotch flavour. I think vanilla and coconut quite nice as well. I would use three words to describe their gelato. That is smooth, cheap and delicious. For your information, their ingredients are all natural and there are no artificial flavouring, colouring and preservatives. That's why I said the price are reasonable and it definitely worth a try in term of the taste.
